How many levels
31 requests: 27 at launch, Master of Findjutsu and My Summer Memories 2 in the Summer Update, Love After Life and Fangtastic Feast in the Fall Update. The lobby, Ducky's Room and the tutorial are not stages.

Lost and Found Co. has 31 requests as of version 1.2.1. The number is not printed anywhere in the game, but it is easy to confirm: Steam lists exactly 31 achievements, and every achievement is "get a 100% completion on [stage]". One stage, one achievement, no extras.
The interesting part is not the total but the split. The game launched with 27, the Summer Update added two, and the Fall Update added two more. If you played at launch and think you have finished everything, you are four stages short.
The count by release wave
| Release wave | Date | Stages added | Running total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base game (1.0) | 5 March 2026 | 27 | 27 |
| Summer Update | 24 June 2026 | 2 | 29 |
| Fall Update (1.2.0) | 1 October 2026, build on 12 October | 2 | 31 |
The base-game figure is the one that needs explaining. 31 total minus the four named additions gives 27, and the achievement list confirms it: the four post-launch stages are the four newest entries at the bottom of the global completion table.
The four stages added after launch
| Stage | Update | Unlock | Global 100% (2 Nov 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Master of Findjutsu | Summer | Summer Update story | 17.0% |
| My Summer Memories 2 | Summer | Summer Update story | 20.9% |
| Love After Life | Fall | After Smoothie Showdown | 9.6% |
| Fangtastic Feast | Fall | After Smoothie Showdown | 8.2% |
Neither pair is optional content bolted on the side: both updates added requests to the same unlock chain, and the Fall pair sits behind Smoothie Showdown. The two Summer stages are a ninja adventure about disciples searching for their missing master, and a countryside scene built around Grandma's everyday chores. The two Fall stages are a graveyard romance and a haunted mansion dinner. All four are full requests with side quests, not bonus modes.
What counts as a level
Three things in this game look like levels and are not:
- The lobby and office. The hub where you take requests and decorate. It has no achievement and no completion state.
- Ducky's Room. A decoration editor. It has its own UI, its own camera and its own save data, and it is not a stage.
- The tutorial. The opening sequence (called Quack Quack in the patch notes) runs inside the office. It teaches clicking and hints but does not count toward the 31.
Three things that are levels and might not look like it:
- Challenge requests. Shorter stages with one location and one strong objective. Runaway Foxes and Tea Time Troubles started as demo Request levels and shipped as full stages.
- Multi-act stages. Love After Life runs in two acts; it is still one request and one achievement.
- Collab stages. Love After Life and Fangtastic Feast host guest characters from other games, but they are ordinary stages in the count.
How the stages are named
The 31 stage names are also the 31 achievement names, which is unusual and convenient: there is no separate internal numbering to learn. A stage called The Cursed Memento has an achievement called The Cursed Memento, and the completion percentage attached to that achievement is the stage's completion percentage.
The names are written as requests rather than places — The First Request, Missing Meow, Bargain Bonanza — with a handful named after the client or the setting, like Playtime at Kenta's and The Accursed Antique Shop. That is why a list of achievements reads like a list of cases rather than a list of maps.
Why 31 is the number that matters
The stage count drives three separate systems, and all three agree:
- Achievements: 31, one per stage.
- The completion percentage on your save: calculated from stage clears, so a save at 30/31 reads as almost done.
- The guide economy: every stage has a fixed set of Juju, and the hint currency is balanced around the stage's object count rather than around the story.
The one place the number is not 31 is the Steam store page, which advertises "Steam Achievements" without a count. The community achievement page is the authoritative list.
How to check which stages you are missing
The game does not show a stage checklist outside the achievements. The reliable method is to open the achievement list and read it against the To-do panel:
- If a stage has no achievement, you have not finished it to 100%.
- If a stage has an achievement but you cannot remember it, it was probably a challenge request — they are shorter and blend together.
- If a stage is not on the achievement list at all, it is not a stage.
For the full 31-row table with completion rates, use All 31 achievements. For the four newest stages in detail, start with Love After Life and Fangtastic Feast.
Will there be more?
The studio has announced a Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 release for early 2027, with four-player co-op, Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, motion controls and touchscreen support. It has not announced new stages for the PC version beyond the Fall Update. The post-launch pattern so far has been two stages per seasonal update, which would suggest more content in 2027 rather than a finished slate.
Until then, 31 is the number to plan around. At the studio's reported average of 8 hours 32 minutes, that is roughly 16 minutes per stage — a figure that hides a wide range, since the Fall Update stages take considerably longer than the early office requests.
