Quick answer

All 31 achievements are 'get a 100% completion on a stage'. There are no collectible, decoration or speed achievements. The rarest two are the Fall Update stages: Love After Life at 9.6% and Fangtastic Feast at 8.2%.

Official Lost and Found Co. gameplay still of an indoor scene

Lost and Found Co. has 31 achievements, and every one of them has the same requirement: get a 100% completion on a named request. There are no achievements for finding Juju, no achievements for decorating Ducky's Room, and no hidden achievements with joke names. If you have cleared a stage, you have its achievement.

That makes the achievement list unusually useful. It doubles as the definitive stage list, and because Steam publishes the global unlock rate for each one, it also works as a rough map of how far players get. The table below was pulled from Steam's global achievement stats on 2 November 2026.

How to read the numbers

The percentages are not a difficulty ranking. They are a reach ranking: how many players got far enough to finish the stage, multiplied by how many of those finished it completely. Early stages score high because everyone plays them; the last four score low because the Fall Update is three weeks old and the Summer Update is four months old.

Two useful readings survive that caveat:

  • A steep drop between neighbours means players stalled, not that the stage is hard. The fall from Smoothie Showdown (34.8%) to The Missing Captain (32.2%) is small; the fall from My Summer Memories (36.4%) to My Summer Memories 2 (20.9%) is the Summer Update gap, not a difficulty spike.
  • The tail is content age. Master of Findjutsu at 17.0%, Love After Life at 9.6% and Fangtastic Feast at 8.2% are the three newest stages in reverse order of release. Their rates will climb for months.

For a difficulty ranking based on player behaviour rather than reach, use the studio's own 100-day infographic: Apartment Apocalypse, The Missing Captain and Smoothie Showdown were the hardest requests to clear to 100%, while Runaway Foxes, Mysterious Bouquet and Bargain Bonanza were the easiest. That list lines up with the middle of the table above, which is a good sign both sources are measuring something real.

What is missing from the list

Three things people expect and will not find:

  • No collectible achievements. Juju are currency. Collecting every Juju in a stage gives you hints, not a badge.
  • No decoration achievements. The Kit Shop sells furniture for Ducky's Room; none of it is tracked by Steam.
  • No difficulty or speed achievements. The timer is a statistic. There is no reward for a fast clear, and "playable without timed input" is an official Steam category for the game.

This is worth knowing because it changes what 100% means. In this game, 100% is 31 stage clears, not a completionist checklist of side systems.

How the percentages were captured

The numbers in the table were read from Steam's global achievement page on 2 November 2026, one row at a time, and matched to the stage names the page displays. Steam rounds to one decimal place, so a stage at 8.2% could be anywhere between 8.15 and 8.24.

Two entries share a percentage: The Cursed Memento and Missing Meow both sit at 43.2%, a rounding coincidence between two mid-game requests.

A practical order for finishing them

  1. Clear the story first, in unlock order. Stage achievements fire on completion, and the story order is the only order the game enforces.
  2. Replay stages with an open side quest immediately. The 90% trap is almost always an untriggered optional chain. The side quest page lists the ones the patch notes have named.
  3. Leave the Fall Update pair for last. Love After Life and Fangtastic Feast are the longest stages in the game, and 1.2.1 fixed a soft lock in the first one. Playing them on the current build is the whole point.
  4. Watch the To-do panel, not the achievement list. The achievement fires when the request closes; the panel tells you why it has not.

The two rarest

Every stage, base game or update, uses the same single achievement. Steam labels two of the 31 as rare. They are the two Fall Update stages — Love After Life at 9.6% and Fangtastic Feast at 8.2% — which is exactly what you would expect from content released on 1 October 2026 and covered by a guide written on 2 November.

If you are hunting the last few, the walkthrough index has full pages for the two newest stages and for the two the studio calls easiest, and How many levels explains which four stages were added after launch so you can tell base-game content from updates.
