Collabs and seasonal events
Featured Collab #1 added Elenora Von Matterhorn in Love After Life, Toffie Oohlala in Fangtastic Feast and a mystery guest to spot four times. Rewards are the Princess of Valoria, Magical Toffie and Sometime Blue sets.

Lost and Found Co. runs on seasonal updates rather than a battle pass. There is no timed event track, no login reward and no limited currency — the content the studio adds stays in the game. What changes with the calendar is the price, the Kit Shop decorations and occasionally a guest character.
This page lists the events that actually changed the game, in order, and separates the permanent content from the temporary promotions.

The studio uses Steam seasonal sales as its marketing beat, and content arrives in two-stage updates a season apart.
Featured Collab #1: three guests, three furniture sets
The October collab is the biggest event the game has run: three characters from other games, each with a quest and a furniture reward for Ducky's Room.
| Guest | From | Where they appear | Reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elenora Von Matterhorn | Conquest Tactics: Realm of Sin | Love After Life | "Princess of Valoria" set |
| Magical Girl Toffie Oohlala | Papayaland | Fangtastic Feast | "Magical Toffie" set |
| Mystery guest | Papayaland | Any past stage, four sightings | "Sometime Blue" set |
Elenora's quest is the most narrative: she has come to Plumville to pay respects to fallen comrades in a Grimstone Grave and needs help locating all of them. Toffie's is a rescue — she is not sure how she arrived in the Crimson Manor and needs help getting out alive. The mystery guest never speaks: spot them four times and the set arrives.
That last one is the only part of the collab that requires revisiting old content, and it is the reason players who finished the Fall Update stages are still combing through early requests.
Fall Update: the Halloween layer
The Fall Update went live on 1 October 2026 and is the closest thing the game has to a seasonal event. Its Halloween content is permanent rather than time-limited:
- Love After Life and Fangtastic Feast, two stages with a graveyard and a haunted mansion.
- Halloween decorations in the Kit Shop for Ducky's Room, including items added again in 1.2.1.
- Korean localisation and dialogue history, both quality-of-life additions rather than event content.
It came with a 20% Autumn Sale discount from 1 October to 8 October.
Summer Update: the one that set the pattern
The Summer Update on 24 June 2026 introduced the two-stage format the Fall Update repeated:
- Master of Findjutsu, a ninja-themed request where young disciples search for their missing master.
- My Summer Memories 2, a countryside scene where Ducky uncovers the magic in Grandma's everyday chores.
- Japanese and German localisation, with more languages promised.
- Summer Kit Shop items, a new batch of decorations for Ducky's Room.
It shipped with the Steam Summer Sale at 20% off.
Sales and the price history
The base price is $17.99. Every discount since launch has been 20%, with one exception: the launch discount was 10% for the first two weeks. That makes the price easy to predict — if a Steam sale is running, the game is $14.39.
| Period | Discount | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Launch, 5–20 March 2026 | 10% | $16.19 |
| Summer Sale, June 2026 | 20% | $14.39 |
| Wholesome Celebration, August 2026 | 20% | $14.39 |
| Autumn Sale, 1–8 October 2026 | 20% | $14.39 |
| Switch announcement, until 9 November 2026 | 20% | $14.39 |
There has been no deeper discount than 20% in the game's first eight months. If you are waiting for 50%, the data says you will be waiting a while.
Which rewards are still obtainable
All three collab sets are still in the game. They are quest rewards rather than limited-time purchases, so there is no window to miss: finish Elenora's quest, Toffie's quest and the four mystery-guest sightings whenever you reach those stages. The seasonal Kit Shop items work the same way — added to the catalogue rather than swapped in for a week.
What is not an event
Two things that look like events but are not:
- The mystery emails. These appear in your in-game inbox as you progress and are part of the story, not a timed promotion. The demo introduced them; the full game keeps them.
- Random lobby visitors. Added in 1.0.1 and expanded in 1.2.0, these are procedural cameos in the office hub, not event characters.
